These terms apply to this Jurnol coming-soon site, where you can register your interest ahead of launch. By using the site you agree to them. Separate terms will apply to the Jurnol product when it becomes available.
About this site
This is a pre-launch site operated by [operator - Phil Parkinson / the Jurnol company, to be confirmed]("we", "us"). It lets you join a waitlist to be notified when Jurnol opens. The product itself is not yet available here.
Registering interest
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, reserve a place, or guarantee access to Jurnol, and it is not a contract to provide the service. Features, pricing, timing, and availability are still in development and may change or not proceed.
Eligibility
Jurnol will be an 18+ service. Please only register if you are 18 or older.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit an email address that isn't yours or that you don't have permission to use;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the security of the site;
- use automated means to submit the form or scrape the site;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The Jurnol name, branding, content, and design on this site belong to [operator / the Jurnol company]. Registering your interest doesn't give you any right to copy or reuse them.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll change the date above when we do.
Governing law
